Attendees must register for The Shifting Migraine Paradigm 2024 to book room reservations at the discounted group rate at Plaza San Antonio Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection. The discounted group rate is $229 per night, plus taxes (single/double occupancy) and is based on limited availability. The booking link will be sent to the email address provided upon registration. The group rates are available to registered attendees on a first-come, first-served basis or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. The deadline to book room reservations at the group rate is January 23, 2024. Reservations made for days outside of the block or made after the sold-out date/booking deadline will be based on the hotel’s current rate. Reservations will be verified with the registration list. Reservations made by non-registrants will not receive the discounted group rate and may be cancelled.

To book your airline reservation, please contact Barbara Witkowski at Rex Travel. Please indicate that you are a speaker for DHCREF. To obtain the best possible rate, we ask that you book your airline reservation at least 30 days in advance. All reservations will be reviewed & paid by DHCREF. Any changes made after the reservation has been approved/ticketed will not be covered by DHCREF unless pre-approved.
Target Audience
This activity is intended for primary care providers and those specialists who have an interest in migraine and other headache disorders including but not limited to anesthesia, pain and addiction, internal medicine, family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, emergency medicine, ear, nose and throat, neurology, hospitalists, psychiatry, and pharmacists as well as other health care professionals (physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurses) who are involved in the diagnosis and management of headache patients.

The Diamond Research & Educational Foundation is pleased to invite abstract submissions for poster sessions at our live conference: The Shifting Migraine Paradigm 2024. This conference will be held February 15-17, 2024 at Plaza San Antonio Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection. The deadline for abstract submissions is January 2, 2024 by 11:59 PM (CST). All abstracts will be reviewed by the Review Committee and may be accepted or rejected for poster presentation. Notification of acceptance and instructions will be sent to the submitter via email by January 9, 2024 or sooner. Abstract submission constitutes a commitment by the author(s) to present their work if abstract is accepted. Poster presentations will be displayed throughout the course – refer to the program agenda (please note program agenda is still in the works) for the schedule.
Abstracts must be submitted by January 2, 2024. You may email abstracts to twhite@diamondheadache.com or upload abstracts to our Dropbox – linked below.
