The deadline for course registration is November 9, 2018 or sooner based on availability.

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, stet, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family, or colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in the event areas. We respectfully ask that no children be brought to the meeting room as a courtesy to the speakers and other meeting attendees.
A $50.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. All requests for cancellations should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. No refunds available after November 1, 2018.
