Course registration deadline:

Enrollment is limited to 350 registrants. For the past 27 years, our attendance has exceeded our capacity. 
The deadline for course registration is July 15, 2019 or sooner based on availability.

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family, or colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in the event areas. We respectfully ask that no children be brought to the meeting room as a courtesy to the speakers and other meeting attendees.


A $100.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. All requests for cancellations should be sent by email to info@dhc-fdn.org. No refunds available after June 30, 2019.

Attendee No-Shows:

No refunds or credits will be given to "no-shows".

Call for Abstracts:

The Diamond Headache Clinic Research & Educational Foundation invites you to submit abstracts for our Poster Session at the Headache Update 2019 conference, taking place July 25-28, 2019, at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The deadline for abstract submissions is Friday, May 31, 2019 by 11:59PM CT. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Review Committee and may be accepted or rejected for poster presentation. Notification of acceptance will be sent to authors via email by Friday, June 7, 2019. 

Poster presentations will be displayed throughout the course. Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author(s) to present their work over the four-day course. Presenters of selected abstracts must register and attend the complete course as well as attend the Welcome Reception taking place on Wednesday, July 24th from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. All posters should be mounted by 6:00 PM.

Additional Planning Information:

Accommodations at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is available at a discounted rate of $272.00 per night, plus taxes (single/ double occupancy) based on availability. Additional Guests (18 years and older) is $25.00 per person, per night. The deadline for the discounted room rate is June 1, 2019. The number of rooms with reduced rates is limited!

You must register for the conference before you book your accommodations at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The reservation link will be provided to you once your registration has been confirmed.
