Conference registrations must be accompanied by payment. Course registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check, or Money Order. Please make checks and money orders payable to:
DHC Research & Educational Foundation / FEIN# 38-383 5307.
If you are unable to attend and need to cancel your registration, you will receive a refund minus a processing fee as long as the request for cancellation is received prior to the deadline. The processing fee for both four-day conferences is $100.00 and the processing fee for the one-day seminar is $50.00. Cancellation deadlines vary per conference which is typically 2 weeks before the course start date. Please be sure to check the brochure for the conference you are registered for to ensure that you do not miss the cancellation deadline. Please allow 3-5 business days to process cancellation requests. A confirmation of cancellation and your refund receipt will be e-mailed to the e-mail you provided upon registration.
All requests for cancellations must be sent via e-mail to jdeleon@diamondheadache.com before the deadline.
Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellation requests received after the deadlines and to attendee “no-shows”.
No. We no longer provide print-outs of the lectures/course syllabus. The course syllabus is only available electronically in PDF format. A link to access the electronic course syllabus will only be e-mailed to registered attendees a few days before the course start date. In order for you to receive this e-mail, you must be subscribed to our mailing list. Please be sure to check your e-mail and to download your course syllabus as soon as it is made available to you – we do not recommend you print the whole file as it is approximately 1,250 – 3,500 pages long.
If you prefer, you may purchase a USB Flash Drive that contains the course syllabus. You may elect to purchase the USB Flash Drive upon course registration. You will receive the USB Flash Drive upon check-in at the DHC Course Registration Desk. USB Flash Drives are also available for purchase on-site.
Yes. Our conferences are held at family-friendly resorts/hotels that offer great amenities. With family in mind, we purposely plan our conferences around weekends and summer vacation so that you may bring an accompanying guest or your family. Our conferences are also held near attractions or events for you, your guest or family to enjoy. Please see your course brochure to see the amenities that the resorts/hotels offer, near-by attractions or events.
While our conferences are family-friendly, we respectfully ask that no accompanying guests or family members are brought to the conference area. All conference activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit halls, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (children, family, other guests) are not allowed in the event areas.
