Accommodations:

Attendees must register for Headache Update 2022 to book room reservations at the discounted group rate at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The group rate is $289.00 per night, plus taxes (single/double occupancy) and is based on limited availability. A link to book your room reservation at the group rate will be provided via a confirmation email sent to the email address provided during registration. The booking link will open April 1st, 2022. The group rates are available to registered attendees on a first-come, first-served basis until June 13, 2022 or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Limit is 1 room per registered attendee. Reservations made for days outside of the block or made after the sold-out date/booking deadline will be based on the hotel’s current rate. Reservations will be verified with the registration list. Reservations made by non-registrants will not receive the discounted group rate and may be cancelled.

Please complete your Faculty Room Reservation Form as soon as possible so that we may update your reservation details at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Fees for additional guests or extra nights will not be covered by DHCREF – please note that additional room guests (18 years or older) may have an additional fee per person, per night. You will receive a confirmation number via email once it has been updated according to your reservation form

To obtain the best possible rate, we ask that you book your airline reservation at least 30 days in advance. All reservations will be reviewed & paid by DHCREF. Any changes made after the reservation has been approved/ticketed will not be covered by DHCREF unless pre-approved.

Airpod Raffle:

Attendees may opt to participate in an Airpod Raffle. To enter, attendees are required to visit every booth and have their raffle card hole-punched by an exhibitor. Attendees may start at any exhibit. At check-in, you will receive raffle cards and a hole-puncher.
