Fees for additional guests or extra nights will not be covered by DHCREF – please note that additional room guests (18 years or older) may have an additional fee per person, per night. You will receive a confirmation number via email once it has been updated according to your reservation form

Accreditation Statement:
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Primary Care Network and the Diamond Headache Clinic Research & Educational Foundation.
Primary Care Network is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Instructions for Claiming Credit:
To receive your CME certificate or your certificate of participation, you MUST complete the Primary Care Network online evaluation form. The link to access the online evaluation will be emailed on Sunday. The link will also be posted here (see below). Your certificate will populate immediately upon completion of the evaluation, so be ready to print and/or save your certificate at that time. A copy of your certificate will also be emailed to the email address provided on the evaluation form.
Evaluations must be completed by Friday, March 10, 2023. The online evaluation system will close after this date, and no certificates will be issued.

Accepted Abstracts for Poster Presentation:
All poster presenters are required to register & attend the full course. Poster Presenters are responsible for set-up and dismantle of posters at designated times and should be available for questions/inquiries for poster sessions throughout the course. Poster displays are self-assigned on a first come first serve basis in Marina Ballroom E-F.
