COURSE REGISTRATION INCENTIVE:

As an incentive to all providers that attended the Headache Update 2017, and for the providers that have registered to attend this course, we are offering a $200 discount (off the full price) if you register to attend the 31st Annual Practicing Physician's Approach to the Difficult Headache Patient course.  Please contact Joselyn DeLeon at (312) 867-9104 to register over the phone as the discount is not available if you register online.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

A $50.00 processing fee will be deducted for all cancellations.  All requests for cancellations can be sent by email to jdeleon@diamondheadache.com  No refunds will be issued after Friday, November 3, 2017.

Abstract Submissions will open Monday, October 2, 2017.  Abstract Submission Deadline is Monday, December 18, 2017.  

All abstracts received will be reviewed by the Review Committee and considered for poster presentation. Notification of acceptance for poster presentation will be sent to authors via email by Thursday, December 21, 2017. Poster presentations will be displayed throughout the course. Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author(s) to present their work if the abstract is accepted for poster presentation.  Presenters of selected abstracts must register, and attend the complete course.
