All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees.  Non-registered guests (including children, family, or colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in the event areas.  We respectfully ask that no children be brought to the meeting room as a courtesy to the speakers and other meeting attendees.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

A $100.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.  All requests for cancellation should be sent by email to jdeleon@diamondheadache.com.  No Refunds available after February 1, 2018.

 

ATTENDEE NO-SHOWS:

No refunds or credits will be given to "no-shows".

The course syllabus is available as an electronic file.  You can dowload and store it on your device as a PDF, via a hyperlink that will be emailed to all registrants, 3 days before the course begins.  In order for you to receive the emailed hyperlink, you must be subscribed to our mailing list.  Please be sure to check your email and to download the course syllabus in advance - we do not recommend that you print the file as it is approximately 3,000 pages long.

 

CONFERENCE ATTIRE:

Attire for the conference is business casual.  Please bring a sweater or light jacket to the educational sessions since meeting room temperatures and personal comfort levels vary.

Abstract Submissions is now open.  Abstract Submission Deadline is Monday, December 18, 2017.  

All abstracts received will be reviewed by the Review Committee and considered for poster presentation. Notification of acceptance for poster presentation will be sent to authors via email by Thursday, December 21, 2017. Poster presentations will be displayed throughout the course. Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author(s) to present their work if the abstract is accepted for poster presentation.  Presenters of selected abstracts must register, and attend the complete course.
